The “Maker” role is primarily responsible for the following:
- Initiates financial transactions of the company
- Edits and deletes financial transactions which have been returned for review/editing by the Authorizer
- Submits the transactions for authorization

- Returns transactions to the Maker when corrections are needed
- Rejects transactions (as needed)

- Enrolls and deletes additional corporate users

What is a Workflow?

How do you add a new User?
- Login as “Administrator” and click on “Corporate Administration” on the main menu
- Select “Access Management”
- Click on “Maintain User Access Details”
- Select “Create New”, fill out required fields and click “Submit”
New User will receive the temporary User ID and password through his/her registered e-Mail address ad will be required to change the same upon initial login
How do you unlock/enable a user?
- Login as an “Administrator” and click on “Corporate Administration” on the main menu
- Select “Access Management”
- Click on “More Actions” menu (refer to vertical dots)
- Select “Enable/Disable” users, Select login enabled to “Yes”, then “Submit”
